Case description
In 2001, Japan's DIC invested in the construction of a color material factory in Nantong. The packaging machine was the most controversial in the introduction of equipment. Because of its special materials, such equipment is rarely heard or seen in China. The Chemical Design Institute recommends our factory that has a history of BASF dye packaging. We have ordered a packing machine through demonstration. At the end of July, 2002, our factory accepted the products. The Japanese customers were very satisfied and thought that it was the best equipment in this project.
After double-trial efforts, the problems of extremely poor material quality and high packaging requirements were overcome. At the end of 2003, another set of packaging machines was selected for the second phase.
