Automatic quantitative packaging machine: It is a weighing control system that automatically divides bulk granular and powdery materials into small loads of predetermined weight according to pre-designed procedures and methods.

The packaged materials enter the weighing hopper through the thickness feeding system. Under the action of gravity, the weighing hopper transfers the gravity to the sensor, causing the elastic body of the weighing sensor to deform, causing the strain gauge bridge attached to the elastic strain beam to lose balance, and outputting a voltage signal proportional to the weight value. The signal is amplified by a linear amplifier and then converted into a digital signal by A/D, after the weight signal is processed by the microprocessor (CPU) of the instrument, the weight data is directly displayed, and the weight digital signal is compared with the setting parameters and output in the form of a switch signal. The switch signal is input to the programmable controller (PLC), and the switch signal is controlled by the program in the PLC to output the PLC switch signal. This switch signal controls the executive parts of each electrical appliance, and then the executive parts of the electrical appliance are transformed into mechanical actions to control the actions of fast feeding, fine feeding, stopping feeding and hopper feeding of materials.
