With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for refined oil has increased rapidly. Due to the insufficient supply of crude oil, the raw material for the production of refined oil in my country, a large amount of crude oil needs to be imported, which has continuously increased the production cost of refined oil. The demand for alcohol, a substitute for refined oil, has increased rapidly. According to statistics, dried cassava is mainly used to produce alcohol in grain products. At present, Shandong Rizhao Port has become the largest import port of dried cassava in China. In 2005, the throughput of dried cassava in Rizhao Port was 1.5 million t, and it is estimated that the throughput of dried cassava in Rizhao Port will reach 2 million t in 2010. In order to meet the needs of specialized transportation of Rizhao Port and continue to maintain the position of Rizhao Port in the cassava dry transportation market, it is urgent to build specialized cassava dry berths. Therefore, Rizhao Port (Group) Co., Ltd. specially designed and built cassava dry wharf project in Rizhao Port. In August 2006, the Company signed 16 sets of cassava dry irrigation systems with China Heavy Machinery Corporation (the general contractor of Rizhao Port cassava dry wharf project). In April 2007, we signed a contract with the Third Port Company of Rizhao Port (Group) Company for the renovation of 6 sets of alumina large bag filling machines.
