SHINA CHEMICAL (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD
Shi Nai Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shi Nai International Group. The factory in Shanghai adopts a full set of American production technology and equipment. In the first phase, after various argumentation and investigation, the products of our company were finally selected on the matching of finished valve pocket packaging machine. After the second phase started in 2006, a set of valve pocket packaging machine from our factory was selected.
The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in 1988. It is an early domestic large-scale production of compound fertilizer (with an annual output of 2 million tons). The first phase of the project has an annual output of 600000 tons. The French machinery said that all the equipment was introduced. It has been transformed three times, but the effect is not very satisfactory.
In September 2001, we successfully renovated the four lines and delivered them to use.
Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Company
The aging of electrical appliances in the packaging building of the factory (which has been used for more than 20 years) often causes the entire line to stop production. In September 2003, during the shutdown period of the whole plant, our factory carried out a comprehensive transformation of the electrical appliances and control system of the packaging building. Starting from the discharge of the rake machine in the bulk material warehouse, it is transported to the packaging building through a trestle of more than 3000 meters and packaged through 6 packaging lines. The finished product is delivered separately by 6 lines. 1. Shipment; 2. Land transportation. The whole system adopts advanced configuration technology, touch screen on-site operation control, and management data is online with the total three ERP systems through Ethernet to realize automatic management. The whole system includes bulk transportation, packaging and bag transportation.
Yunnan Sanhuan Sinochem Cargill Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd.
The company is a joint venture of Yunnan Phosphate Fertilizer Factory, China National Chemical Import and Export Corporation and Cargill Fertilizer Company of the United States. It produces 600000 tons of ammonium phosphate with a total of 6 packaging lines. At the end of November 2001, during the bidding process of packaging machines participated by 8 major domestic packaging machine manufacturers, our factory was recognized by users with excellent reputation and advanced technology and won the bid at the price of 1.791 million yuan, the project uses industrial computers and configuration technology to manage the entire system and combined with DCS. It is an advanced system in the fertilizer industry so far. The project has been in normal production and operation in May after 2002.
Yunnan Sanhuan Sinochem Fertilizer Co., Ltd. 1.2 million tons/year ammonium phosphate project
The project was established by Yunnan Sanhuan Sinochem Fertilizer Co., Ltd. in cooperation with China Fertilizer Import and Export Corporation to establish Sanhuan Sinochem Fertilizer Co., Ltd. in 2006, the largest ammonium phosphate production plant in China, with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of diammonium phosphate, with a total of 12 packaging lines. The project was fully put into production and operation in May 2008.
